🏡 Project Overview: Eagle Lake Development

Known also as the “Silverleaf” plat, AVB is proposing the construction of 40 single-family homes on a 31-acre parcel located at the southwest shore of Eagle Lake, near the intersection of West PQ Avenue and South 4th Street. Nine of these homes are planned for lakefront lots, offering direct access to the water.

The project is currently in an advanced stage of approval, with multiple permits already secured. However, one critical component still under review is the installation of a sanitary sewer line. The proposed route would extend down PQ Avenue to 3rd Street, loop around Eagle Lake, and connect to 4th Street near the DNR landing.
